I’ve had requests recently to create a tutorial on how to grid a cross stitch piece. As an extra fun bonus, I’ve created this Purple Butterfly Cross Stitch Pattern for free! That’s right, it’s absolutely free! Simply add the listing to your cart and checkout – no payment details are required.
This pattern is genuinely so simple to whip up. It only requires two colours of thread to create. I’ve even included 3 additional colour combinations within the pattern if you’re not a fan of purple. The colour variation options are blue, pink, and green.
This is a relatively small pattern at only 30H x 50W. I recommend using 14 or 16 count aida fabric. You can use white, or a fun colour like I did.
