Whether this be something you did during your day, somewhere you went, how you felt, etc. It can truly be anything that your mind comes up with. COVERS: supplies, how to set up your journal, tracking your days, designing icons, spacing out your icons, & how to keep yourself motivated. This guide also includes a general embroidery journal template, which is used in setting up your journal and can be used every year. This guide does not teach you how to embroider.
ABOUT THE DAILY TRACKER PDF:
– Each month has two devoted pages; one to write down what you did each day and the other to draw a sketch of your daily icon. Over the course of the year, you’ll also be able to reflect using the check in pages and learn a few tips & tricks.

It includes a 2024 embroidery journal template, brief instructions on how to transfer the pattern to your fabric, and 118 icons that I designed myself (most of which have appeared on my own embroidery journals over the years).
